Welcome to our home-away-from-home in Largo, Florida, where you can spread out, slow down, and let everyone find their own favorite corner. This single-level, three-bedroom, two-bath home feels like a relaxed beach cottage but with sleek, modern finishes and high-end appliances that make everyday living easy.

Mornings tend to start in the modern kitchen, brewing coffee while someone whips up breakfast, then slipping out to the screened lanai to enjoy it in the soft air. The lanai flows right out to your private pool, fully fenced for privacy and set up with outdoor dining and a gas grill so you can linger outside from sunup to sundown. If you'd like the water extra toasty, you can choose to heat the pool for a small per-day fee on just the days you use it.

Inside, the open layout keeps everyone connected. Spacious bedrooms give each guest a comfortable retreat, while the living room invites movie nights and family catch-ups. A cozy nook by the fireplace is perfect for reading, journaling, or scrolling in peace after a busy day.

Kids and pets are welcome here, and the house is set up with families in mind-from practical touches to thoughtful beach essentials that past guests have really appreciated. After a day on the sand or exploring nearby attractions, you can rinse off, toss towels in the wash, and be back out by the pool with a drink in hand.

When you're ready for adventure, you're just steps from the Pinellas Trail and a short drive to beaches, parasailing, dolphin and pirate cruises, and the aquarium. Then you'll come back to your peaceful oasis, plan tomorrow's fun around the dining table, and watch the sky change colors from the lanai.

Guests have full access to the entire property, aside from a small locked owner's closet in the hall. We use this home ourselves, and we truly hope it feels like yours the moment you walk through the door.
